Here are some of the questions we get asked!

How do I wash my bedding items?

To keep our bedding looking like new, we recommend you machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle and then lay flat to dry.  Be sure not to overload the washing machine, do not use fabric softener, and do not use bleach.  Our crib and cradle sheets can be put in the dryer on low heat.

How long will it take to get my order?

We are committed to getting your order out within 5-7 business days.  Depending on where you live, it will take anywhere from 2-9 business days to arrive.  Once your order ships out, we send you an email with the shipment tracking number.

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will gladly accept returns as long as the product has not been used nor washed.  There is no restocking fee.  Please visit our SHIPPING and RETURNS section for more information.

Do you have a store that I could visit and see the bedding?

We have all our space dedicated to the design and production of all our products so we are not able to have a retail store.  But we do offer free fabric swatches for all our Collections so that you can see and feel the fabrics before making your purchase!  Simply go to the Collection that you like and scroll through the products until you find them - and add to your cart.  We will gladly send you free swatches for a maximum of 4 Collections.

Creating a Registry

• Choose the item in oure store and click "Add to Registry".  You will then be prompted to create your account or login to one you have already have with myregistry.com.  
• When adding items, be sure to include the price in either CAD or USD, the size, and the colour if applicable. 
• Share your registry with friends and family
  
  For customers adding items to their registry in USD: please note that the price showing in the registry may not be the actual price when you place the item in your shopping cart.  The currency rate fluxuates hourly which will be reflected in the price on the day you make your purchase.
  

Buying from the Registry

• Go to www.myregistry.com.  Using the login information provided by the registry holder, find the item you wish to buy.
• Click on 'View or Buy'.  Add to your cart.  Make sure you are buying in the correct currency. 
• Because the dollar values fluctuate daily, the price shown in USD in the registry may be different when you add to your cart.
• Once your purchase is complete, please return to www.myregistry.com and edit the order to show the item has been purchased to avoid duplicate gifts.

What is the currency on the website?

We processing our orders in Canadian Dollars only. For our US shoppers, your bank will convert your transaction into US dollars using today's exchange rate. Call us if you have any questions.

How accurate are the colours on your site?

Because computer monitor quality varies, we strongly advise that you order free swatches to confirm the colours before placing your order.  You may order swatches for 3 or 4 bedding sets at no charge and we will get them out in the mail usually the next business day.
